About Angela
Hello,

I'm Angela Fritz, and my journey is a testament to the transformative power of personal growth and healing. Life often leads us down unexpected paths, and a few years ago, a near-death health experience became my pivotal moment. It challenged me to rethink my well-being and inspired me to explore tools and practices that could heal not just my body, but my mind and spirit.Through hypnosis, meditation, mindfulness, journaling, yoga, sound baths, massage, acupuncture, nourishing food, and the ancient art of Reiki, I discovered the profound ways our mind, body, and energy are interconnected. Each practice brought me closer to balance, clarity, and inner peace.Hypnosis revealed itself as a particularly powerful tool for transformation. Combined with my passion for sound baths and Reiki, it inspired me to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Sound Bath Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Motivational Speaker.

In 2019, I launched my practice with the intention of guiding others through their own life challenges and helping them discover the healing and insight within themselves.Working with me means stepping into a safe space where vulnerability is welcomed and growth is nurtured. My sessions integrate hypnosis, sound baths, and Reiki to help you release what no longer serves you, cultivate clarity, and reconnect with your inner purpose. Clients often report feeling calmer, more centered, and more aligned with themselves after just a few sessions.
I am here to guide you on your journey, helping you explore your inner landscape and embrace the richness of your human experience. Together, we can uncover healing, growth, and the profound transformation that already exists within you.Welcome to a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

With warmth and compassion,
