What to Expect
0–10 Minutes | Opening & Settling In: We begin by finding a comfortable resting position. You are guided through a brief, gentle breathing exercise to help you arrive and set a personal intention for the hour.
10–50 Minutes | The Sound Immersion: For the next 40 minutes, you will be bathed in a rich, harmonious soundscape. Simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the vibrations do the work.
50–60 Minutes | Grounding & Closing: We slowly bring the sound to a close with gentle chimes. You are guided back to waking consciousness with a few moments to stretch, rehydrate, and gently transition back to your day.
