🌕 What to Expect During a Sound Bath
As you lie down comfortably—on a yoga mat, with blankets or cushions—you’ll be guided into stillness with gentle breathwork or meditation. Once you're settled, the sound bath begins.
You'll be immersed in a wave of soothing tones created by instruments such as:
Crystal singing bowls
Gongs
Chimes
Tickets
